If you’re not satisfied with our tutoring for any reason, please let us know by phone within 48 hours after you complete the first session, return all material within two business days, and you’ll get a refund of all tutoring hours. 

In order to qualify for the First Session Money Back Guarantee, clients must:

• Enroll and pay for a package of tutoring of 30 hours or more with any tutor, except Richard.

• Complete the first session of the class or tutoring.

• E-mail us before payment to indicate your interest in the guarantee. 

• Save our reply to you confirming the guarantee.
